Homeopathic treatment for Irregular Periods (Oligomenorrhea)

This article is about Irregular Periods (Oligomenorrhea). Irregular periods are one of the most common menstrual complaints, but before we talk about Irregular periods, we must first determine what a regular period is. One of the misconceptions in most of the people is that only those periods are regular which are always on the same date of every month, or often say that a regular period occurs every 28 days, but actually, every woman's menstrual cycle is different.  Periods are regular only when the gap between the periods is about the same, some ladies may have after every 24 days & some may have after 34 days. But only it is regular when the difference between the first day of the cycle & the next cycle is more or less the same like after every 24 days or every 25 days or after every 30 days & so on. It is not necessary that if the periods are for example 1st day of a month, the next cycle should be the 1st of the next month. This only works if you have a cycle of 29-30 days, but if you have a cycle of 25 days you should expect the next cycle on the 25th or 26th day of the month, similarly if the difference is about 35 days so you should expect the 5th day of the next month. If you have the same difference in days for every cycle, your periods are regular. A regular period typically lasts 5 days, but it is completely normal to menstruate for anywhere between 3 and 7 days.
